I’ve led cross-functional collaborations from concept to launch on key initiatives, including
the Design Trade Program, Gift Registry, Design Desk, celebrity collaborations, launch of the
Crate & kids brand and major site redesigns, such as the homepage, product landing pages,
and product description pages. I also spearheaded high-impact campaigns for Black
Friday and Cyber Monday. These efforts contributed
to a 14% market share gain during the
pandemic and helped drive Crate’s biggest sales year yet, at over three billion-dollars.
